Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Murmur application. It incorporates Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement for Licensed Applications.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Murmur on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Recordings can be reported and senders blocked from inside the app; violating accounts are removed.

Apple's role

This licence is between you and Murmur, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Murmur — not Apple — is responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal-compliance and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Maintenance and support

Support is provided by us at hello@murmurme.app.

Termination

This licence ends if you delete your account or the app, or if you breach these terms.
